The house is available 365 days a year on a first come first served basis.

A deposit of £200.00 will secure the booking.

The balance is due 4 weeks before your stay.

We reserve the right to increase prices at will. The price agreed on payment of the deposit will be binding.

Normal capacity of the house is 13. We charge £20.00 per head per night for parties larger than this. Infants under 2 are free.

The house is advertised on a number of websites and although we attempt to keep the calendar up to date, we cannot guarantee that dates shown to be available are necessarily so,

We charge an additional £150.00 refundable security deposit. Deposits are refunded as soon as possible after the inventory is completed, minus any deductions we deem necessary. Occasional breakages of glasses and crockery will not be charged. Deductions from the security may be made if the house is left in a state requiring more than normal cleaning.

Payment can be made through this website. We use HolidayRentPayment which is a branch of Homeaway, the holiday letting giant.

If you prefer, payment can be made by bank transfer to Glinger Properties Sort Code 201847, Account number 73896285. We also can take direct Credit Card payment .

The rent for the house includes heating, electricity and wifi access.

All rooms will be made up prior to arrival and towels are provided.

A supply of firewood is provided. Top ups will be charged £5.00 for 50kg.

Check in time is not before 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and checkout is no later than 10.00am on the day of departure. Early arrival and late departure can only be with the owner’s consent.
