About Us

 A family partnership

James, Richard and Juliet Westoll run the family estate which comprises farmland, woodland, let properties, shooting and fishing.

We acquired Kirkandrews House in 2000 and for 13 years let it on a long term basis. Because of its size and location, this became increasingly difficult and after a year in which we only had one enquiry to lease it, we decided to go down the holiday home route. Much to our surprise the venture was an unqualified success and we have enjoyed high occupancy rates from the start.

Striving to make your stay better

It is our policy to make the house a home from home and we are continually assessing what is needed to achieve this. Future improvements we are contemplating are updating the plumbing and heating, provision of a hot tub and better garden furniture.

Comfortable and easy to manage

The house offers plenty of space for families and friends to relax in comfort without getting in each others way: Different reception rooms to read, relax, play games watch TV or listen to music.

Modern equipment: WiFi, Wide screen TV, DVD Player and all new kitchen appliances combined with traditional touches like Open Fires and traditional furniture.

Lots of things to entertain you: books, DVD’s, board games, croquet, table tennis, table football, badminton, snooker, Fishing, Tennis.

We want your input: How we can make the house better for other people or for you, when you return.

Kirkandrews House is suitable for: family and Friends get-togethers, Birthdays and Anniversaries, Stag and Hen Parties. Wedding Parties at Kirkandrews or Gretna. Fishermen.
